I think below 35 is still fine for EE (like us). 35+ above must enroll to the old people club.

I think it depends on many things, not just age.. Even 40 years + Masters Degree + CLB9 IELTS (additional bonus points) + LMIA backed job offer(50 points) is enough to get EE invitation.

That's True also, but not very likely scenario having all of those things same time. At age 40, you already lose 50 points (compare to age 30).

Another benefit of having EE is that provinces can send NOI to certain NOCs. With additional 600 points, ITA is 100% confirmed. Age would not be issue anymore then

Did you check your EE profile score with an estimator before taking any decisions? Put CLB8 and CLB9 dummy IELTS scores and see what EE CRS score you get. Anything above 470, please go ahead. No brainer to go EE. Anything below that, EE is not for you.

If you finalize EE path, also initiate your WES evaluation along with IELTS test date as it takes time..

Yes,I have. My score is under 470 because of the IELTS... I dont have 1 year of experience yet, here..

Congratulations! I was getting panic with the 5months+ waiting time too and thinking abt retake IELTS .. but I'll have 1year working experience only by this June to get some extra points, with LMIA supported job position, and 32yrs old...but 470 is really a high score to reach to..OINP is relatively safe but the only concern is taking soooo much time..hope the rest of us will get it soon! Does anyone knows how long it still gonna take for paper based application till PR?and during your PR is issued, we better not to change our employer /position right?
