We are about to touch 100 Pages !!

End date is not written in the work permit support letter that I have received. Only the recommended duration of WP is mentioned and it is 2 years. The Nominee certificate has an end date of issued date + 6 months. But the nominee certificate only talks about PR and nothing about WP. Not sure how long the WP support letter is valid for.

for WP application, there has to be a requirement to provide the Nomination letter as one of the REQUIRED document. if yes, nomination should not be expired.

In the support letter that I have received is written that "Note: This letter must be used in support of a work permit application within 6 months to remain valid."

Yes we have to give this as REQUIRED. So, to conclude, both PR and WP need to be applied within 6 months of OINP nomination. The candidate WONT get a open work permit, no matter what. Irrespective of if it is a first WP or a WP extension. This statement is for OINP - Paper PNP based Employer Job Offer stream.

Another piece of info-- If you are planning to arrive in Canada on WP and PR is already in process, IRCC need to be notified if:

• personal circumstances change:
o e.g. birth or adoption of a child, marriage, divorce, death of a spouse, etc.
• your email address, mailing address or phone number changes
• you change your immigration representative
• you want to withdraw your application
• you lose a job offer or lose a provincial or territorial nomination.

Yes... they didn't say anything new to me... But I think that you can argue that other people already received their nomination, as well as the SLA in your case, was exceeded.

!!! WOW NOMINATED Just NOW !!! But I have a question the in the employment approval letter i see the below

you must continue the nominee in the approved employment position during the nomination period, this incudes
i) position, title, duties, ii) wage, iii)hours of work iv) work location

the approval of the employment positions and / or the nomination may be cancelled if
*the above conditions and or restrictions are not met

a)did you guys also receive such conditions in the letter?
b)also since our employer is moving to new building near Milton so therefore also my title, wage, location, duties will also change means it will get promoted within the next 6 months before the expiry of this letter, I am worried if this will make the nomination to loose? please advise.

c)so after changes of the location, wages, title, first inform OINP and get approval letter again ? what risk is involved here? how big is the risk ? how can i mitigate it?
d) I am planning to apply for IRCC now, and then after I receive the new support letter from OINP should I resend these documents to IRCC? please advise

e)also my kid's passport is expiring I will get it renewed, should I get it renewed and then apply to IRCC, please advise?
