Yes, it doesn't mention about proof of fund.
Also I read in https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...nada/express-entry/documents/proof-funds.html

Who does not need proof of funds
you’re authorized to work in Canada and you have a valid job offer, even if you apply under the Federal Skilled Worker Program or the Federal Skilled Trades Program

No, I don't. You can try send them an email. They usually answer in 1-2 days

I did but they give same answer application is under Process ....If they need further information then they contact ... Me.

i dont think they will let us talk to any application reviewer executives, they would defnitley ask to call in the number or may tell us the status by checking in system, nothing will change though, probably we can ask few more questions but good to visit once may be.
