Also, when the province selects you and sends you an NOI, you have to apply to that province, and you have to convince the province your intentions to live there (as we had to do to OINP)... if you not convince them, or you have a lot of ties with another province, probably they won't give you the nomination, and you will be wasting your time and money.
right that's what i was thinking, when i proved my ties with ON we showed Job, rental, bank etc.. as ties how can we show ties with another province when we don't have anything in there as we are completely new to Canada and getting a job is the base to settle down. if they ask us to prove the ties definitely we won't have anything to show as its just interest to live in the province, but not yet have ties to prove them.

I think that maybe it works for someone overseas.
As we are already settled down in Ontario, if apply for EE we should select only Ontario, because it is no way to demonstrate ties to another province. And also, having ties with Ontario, plays against us if we select other provinces.

That's a very common problem for candidates who received nominations. A LOE with a short essay to express interest to live in province will do a trick. My response was specific to your question related to moving to the province after PNP. When you enter at POE, you have to convince officer that you have tried to build some ties (like job interviews or offers or intent to buy house etc.)

Yes and No, Fed. gov. does not restrict you to pick certain province or their decision is biased/influenced based on candidate's current province. I know folks lived in Ontario for years moved to Alberta after AINP based PR.

Although the application package does not specify it, I sent the bank statement just in case. I think that schedule 4 is a sworn declaration, and that is enough.

The application guide states:
Question 4, Funds:
Indicate the amount of unencumbered (by debts or obligations) transferable and available funds you have in Canadian dollars.
Read the declaration carefully. Sign and date in the boxes provided. By signing, you declare that you fully understand the questions asked, and that the information you have provided is complete, truthful, and correct.

It doesn't mention to submit proof of fund.
Yes, it doesn't mention about proof of fund.
Also I read in https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...nada/express-entry/documents/proof-funds.html

Who does not need proof of funds
you’re authorized to work in Canada and you have a valid job offer, even if you apply under the Federal Skilled Worker Program or the Federal Skilled Trades Program

Do you have any idea on this?

but then if people are able to show ties then nothing wrong to current province also I think.
