I submitted my application on Jan 28. On Wednesday, OINP asked my employer to revise my wage to meet the median wage for my NOC but my employer did not agree to increase the salary nor change the NOC code. Does my application get refused for that? what is the best response to their ask while the employer won't increase the rate?

If through a OINP non EE stream (job offer) then no. You don’t get points. If through HCP then yes.

Congratulations! If you have received a nomination under OINP Employer Job offer Foreign Worker stream (JOFW) then this is non express entry nomination. You can not update Express entry with this nomination.
