One question: Did you know how the employer receives this fee like by e-mail or letter.

I don't think so... My employer only received the letter of nomination.

The day I got the nomination, I received an e-mail in which my employer was copied too.
That e-mail had 4 attachments:
• Certificate of Nomination
• Nominee Approval Letter
• Work Permit Support Letter
• Employer Approval Letter
The last one if for the employer

I don't think that when the application reaches the 90 days, it is finished. That is the "Estimated processing time". If you don't get a "no" is not finished... you are still on the run that maybe will take a little more time.
