Yes that is correct. 2 year closed work-permit that is tied to employer and is LMIA exempt under PNP category.

Not required. I did not send local language address. I sent my PR packet from US. No point in including local language in this and your case.

I forgot to include a mailing label in my application when I sent them. I am inland. How should I correct my mistake? Thank you!

Should have paid close attention. It is PR paperwork and very important life changing set of documents. Anyways its funny if you have to send the labels now. The labels are mostly useless after AoR. I guess they are used to send the application back in case if its incomplete. I dont think they will reject or not issue AoR because of missing return labels. (hope you paid good attention to other stuff). I am not sure what you should do about this label thingy.
