Hello Experts,


I am planning to file my PR under Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream. As part of the process Employer need to fill out the Employer Form. However my employer is not ready to fill it.

What are my options? or I can submit the application just with the Job letter and all other standard letter from employer?

Your application will be refused and sent back to you without the employer form. You should explain to your employer that you need this filled for your PR. But if your employer is still not willing then you should look for a different job because if your employer had filled and signed the form, next step would be assessing your job and the company you're working in. Meaning OINP will requests documents like income statements, payroll records, corporate tax returns. Your employer will have to provide those documents in order to qualify under the job offer stream.

My job NOC category is 'A' and I have submitted my EE profile with my score being 382. I understand that EE draws are never going to be this low hence I asked my company whether there is any possibility to relocate me to the Canadian branch in Ontario. The company is happy to do this and also ready to issue me an offer letter from its branch in Ontario. If this is possible, I will apply under the Ontario PNP 'Employee Job Offer Foreign Worker Stream Category' and try to obtain NOI which will boost my socre by 600 points I guess.

My question is, will the company have to obtain LMIA certificate before offering me the job?
