Hello Everyone,

I have submitted my OINP application on 17th January, but the status is unchanged since then.

I have only 2 month of work permit left. Can I contact OINP to check my status or to check if there are any further requirements for documents or not?

I am getting worried now.

For the OINP Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream does it require a Job offer or I can register as long as working and current employer ready to support with the employer form?

Hi Darsh,
You can apply as long as you are working with the employer on a full time basis.

Hi Darsh,

Yes I do, But concern is do I need new Job offer since the last one is 2 years old and state lower wage then maiden rate but along the way it did increase a bit and now more than required maiden wages.

Also, how we can prove the below

4. Position is urgently necessary to employer’s business
The position offered must be urgently necessary to your employer’s business. This means that the job offer must align with your employer’s existing business activities and the position must be urgently needed to maintain or grow ongoing business activity.

Hi,
Even if your job offer is 2 yrs old, you'll still submit the same offer letter. Also, to prove the wage you will have to submit some increment letters from your company, dated around the days you got increment.

To prove that the position is urgently necessary, Now as you are already working since 2 yrs, Employer will have to write a letter explaining why your position is necessary for the business.

So for 1. each increment employer provided new contract stating new salary per year. The concern is 1st offer later doesn't hold min. maiden wage required for the NOC but later one does have more than required maiden wage(lasting only for few months). So, would be any issue?

For 2. Any standard sample letter stating that what should be included in the letter from employer to fulfill the urgent position requirement?

As i said, Your original offer letter remains the same, doesn't matter at what wage you started. What they want is your wage right now should be matching the median wage which you can prove by a recent pay slip. Also, must include all your increment letters, it helps a lot.

For 2. In your case, position is already fulfilled. As a result, employer has to show why that position is necessary for the business.
I don't have a standard letter but let's take an example of a "web designer" position, Something can be showed like below,

"Along with the designing and maintenance of our websites, it is also important for our business to look after our branding and identity. A web designer is also responsible for incorporating the company’s branding elements into the website, such as logos, color schemes and visual styles. Maintaining a uniform brand image strengthens the identity of the company and cultivates familiarity with the brand. As a result, a web designer’s role in our company is crucial. "

Thanks,

Last one, since hold job already then this does not require LMIA for this stream correct?(Just to double confirm)

And can have both this non-express entry stream register along with express entry one(if get invite from there), right?

While creating OINP EOI ac, the process doesn't ask about spouse and dependent so when and where to add this info?

1. You don't need any LMIA for OINP application.

2. You can have both the profiles going together, but Express Entry process and Non Express Entry process is totally different. Once, you get the invitation, you'll have to stick to that one.

At the time of OINP profile and application just put in your information, and probably max they would ask is are you married or not. Just reply to that.
Afterwards once you get OINP approved, as yours is non-express entry draw you will be directly applying for PR without any draw system. At that time you can include your dependents
