@rajkamalmohanram thanks much for your reply and I am trying for FSW program under EE, please help me with your valuable inputs on the below queries around work :
related to work experience:
1. I do not have an offer letter for my first job but I have a work exp letter and they are ready to provide reference letter post ITA. Rest of all my jobs have offerletter, exp letter, and I can take reference letters also. For filing the EE profile will this cause any issue anywhere in the process?
No. You will NOT be submitting any documents when creating your Express Entry profile. EE profile is only an Expression of Interest. Documents are not needed until you get an ITA (Invitation to Apply) or submitting a provincial nominee application (like OINP).
2. So many threads on the verification of work experience and if i understand correctly, verification is solely based on the reference letters that employers provide and as well as online or call verification(sometimes in person) right?
I personally have not seen any EE applicant being verified in person by IRCC. They might call your employer but AFAIK, that is kind of rare as well.
3. my first job's salary was paid in cash and there is no bank statements i can show in the process, so I cannot show salary slips from my first job, is there any point in process that checks my entire bank statements history for this and cause any issue?
If possible, get it in written from the employer (may be in the reference letter) that you were paid in cash. When it is time to submit documentation (either for your nomination application or for your eAPR), you can submit the reference letter and a letter of explanation explaining your situation. You can attach bank statements to show first 3 and last 3 salary deposits if you see the need. Someone who was in this situation can guide you better.
I kindly request you to throw some light on my questions, thanks in advance!
