I have received NOI from Ontario on 16th feb . So wanted to confirm if the process to apply in portal is easy or does it need help from any expert consultant . Please guide

I hv 10 years of work ex (4 jobs), of which I am claiming points only for one as its not possible to collect reference letter for 3 of them (including my current job). Should I put these three jobs under paid work ex with a loe saying since I am not claiming points I won't be able to provide reference letter. Or its safe to include them in other activities, even if they are paid jobs?

I applied OINP under human capital stream on October 3 but got ITA from IRCC and submitted my PR application on Jan1. But today i received a mail from oinp that your express entry portal is not available to provide the nomination certificate. But that 600 points is very crucial to me as i am having 50 points for the current job in canada. As i am ICT employee there is no guarantee till yhe end of PR that i am available in this job. plese tell me how to convince the oinp officer and get the NC

Since you already submitted your PR application, your EE profile will not go back into the pool even if IRCC cancels your application, so OINP cannot nominate you now.

You can either ask IRCC to cancel your application, create a new EE profile and ask OINP to nominate you on the new profile or inform OINP that you already submitted your PR application and don't need the nomination.

Since you already submitted your PR application, your EE profile will not go back into the pool even if IRCC cancels your application, so OINP cannot nominate you now.

Nomination cannot be added to an already submitted application and OINP can nominate you only if you have an active EE profile in the pool, more information here:

If you really wanted those 600 points, you shouldn't have submitted your PR application.

Should I create a new Express Entry profile on 6 March (once old one expires) and request transfer of nomination to new express entry profile?
I have already written an email to Ontario (ontarionominee@ontario.ca ) and got an automated reply " For all other inquiries, we aim to respond within 5 business days. "
Has anyone faced similar situation and can guide?

Notifications of interest issued for Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream

On March 2, 2021, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) issued targeted notifications of interest to candidates who may qualify for Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream.

You may apply to the HCP stream if you:

• receive a notification of interest on March 2, 2021
• can demonstrate that your work experience was in one of the eligible National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes listed below

If you receive a notification of interest, you don’t need to contact the program.

The OINP targeted candidates with work experience in the following NOC codes:

• 0122 Banking, credit and other investment managers
• 0124 Advertising, marketing and public relations managers
• 0125 Other business services managers
• 0601 Corporate sales managers
• 1111 Financial auditors and accountants
• 1112 Financial and investment analysts
• 1121 Human resources professionals
• 1122 Professional occupations in business management consulting
• 3012 Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses

I have received NOI from Ontario on 2nd March 2021

I am claiming points in the Express entry profile for my previous job only, so should I mention my current job (not mentioned in the express entry profile) in the OINP work history? If not then I have to submit my resume as well in the OINP, where I will have to show my current job, as I am not unemployed. Kindly guide how to tackle it?
