I know you only an ECA can evaluate a credential, but you anyone be able to give me a general idea of what category my australian bachalor credential would be in comparison to canadian standards?, from what I gathered there are stricter requirements and bachalors are 3 years min. Below I have posted a link of the guidelines. Also would this fit NOC 0731. https://www.usq.edu.au/study/degrees/bachelor-of-aviation/aviation-management

1. Nobody other than an ECA issuing organization can tell you, for sure, if your Australian Bachelor's is equivalent to a Canadian one. The odds are it might. Why don't you try and use something like WES's free equivalency tool to see for yourself? Remember, what that free tool provides is not correct 100% of the time. So, you would have to get your ECA done in order for you to be sure.

2. Unless they have changed the rules, I do NOT think your education and your foreign work experience have to do anything with each other. The minimum education requirements you see on the NOC page is for people working in Canada. Again, this is how it has been - I am not sure (and I don't think) this has changed.

First, you have to understand what the Express Entry process looks like for FSWs. Understand the base process first and then get to learning about PNPs. Give the below a read ->

All your questions should be answered in that post.

Help pls after I create express entry profile , I get a message immediately that I’m no longer eligible to be in the pool.

This happens when the information you provide doesn't satisfy the minimum requirements to be in the pool. This generally stems from not getting a minimum of 67 points on the FSW eligibility grid.

The following are the most common reasons why you might have lower than 67 points on the FSW eligibility grid.

  • You do not have enough work experience in the past 10 years OR your work experience doesn't fall under NOC 0, A or B categories.
  • Your language scores are too low
  • You answered a question that decides your eligibility in an incorrect or incomplete manner.

Re-check your information. Give Express Entry in a nutshell post a read and then try to re-create your profile.

Good luck.

Hello Friends,

Please let me know.

Has anyone added spouse to theIr application after receiving Nomination from Ontario?
how would that influence the PR application process

I have been doing some reading on this. If you are married and spouse is not accompanying, you cannot add them after nomination because your PNP application is based on non accompanying spouse which you will have mentioned in the PNP application. If you are not married, you can get married after AOR and your application will be processed normally, nomination or not.
