We verified the information you provided and can confirm that your application is still in process.
Due to the ongoing situation related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), some IRCC offices are currently operating with reduced or critical staff only.
We are working on processing applications as quickly as possible; however, processing times are affected and any disruption caused by COVID-19 is not reflected accurately on our website. We will make all the necessary efforts to finalize your application as soon as possible.

Hello, need some assistance. I received my ITA. My husband I got all our documents ready before hand however one of our police certificates has expired in March. Now that all the government offices are closed in our country, should we upload the expired certificates with a letter of explanation that we will upload them as soon as the offices open (on ground or online) and process our request?

Congrats!
As per current scenario, you are given 90 days for document submission (Assuming that your received ITA 1-2 days ago). Would rather suggest you to wait for atleast 30 days so that by the time if situation is ok you can get the fresh Police clearance certificate and submit it along with other documents at one shot.
