Do Canadian employers offer candidates who are not residing in Canada? I don't think it is possible.hi, do you know the timeline for employer job offer stream? till when they respond?

The 50 points are for an LMIA only. A Job offer and an LMIA are different things. When OiNP mentions a Job Offer, they do not mean an LMIA. If you are already working, you already have a job offer.Hello, I would like to know... I am in Ontario working on an open work permit (my husband is an International Student). I have been working for 11 months now, and my employer is willing to give me a job offer. Now my CRS is 390, so if I can obtain the 50 points for the job offer it would be great! My question is... do I need an LMIA to validate that job offer or as I am with Open Work Permit is exempt? Thanks a lot!
