Guys, I have a doubt. Friend of mine has got a chance to work in Montreal through closed WP. He will be starting his work from Montreal from 2019 onwards . His CRS score is around 400 but interested to settle in Toronto. I guess he will drop and recreate his profile sometime next year after reaching Montreal. In the past thread, I noticed guys working in Canada got the NOI for OINP or even ITA directly even if the CRS score is less than 400. Question is whether the candidate should work in Ontario to claim for OINP or anywhere in Canada to eye for OINP?

I guess one need to have a job offer in Ontario!

Hi friends, I have few doubts on OINP Human Capital Priorities (HCP) Stream.
1) Can a person apply under OINP HCP Stream without a job offer in Ontario?
2) Is there a specific criteria for a person without job offer but they need to have employment experience in specific NOC code?
3) If one applies through ONIP HCP, does he still stand a chance to be in the pool for Express Entry as well? Or can he apply to other Provincial nomination program as well?
4) Is OINP HCP currently open to apply?
your clarification in these regards would be highly appreciated. Many Thanks.

overall 12-15 months minimum after receiving the ITA from ONIP

overall 8-10 month only for Express Entry after receiving the ITA

Does the Express of Interest from OINP under HCP guarantee that you will get 600 point after making the payment ?
how they differ a candidate from score 401 with respect to 439 ?

Hi All,

One question regarding OINP program,
If Ontario issues the invitation to apply, It this mean they will surely add an additional 600 points ? is there any possibility that even after responding to Ontario invitation to apply they will not approve the profile for OINP ?

I heard they stay started sending Invitation on "Human Capital Priorities Stream" for people score more than 400+ , Does this guarantees that whom so ever got ONIP ITA will definitely get the PR after applying to ONIP ?
Can someone help in understand ?

Once notified you need to make payment..after 2-3 months if documentation is fine then they provide 600 points..then you can get through EE..regarding 401 and 439 they apply some rules like crs..noc etc and notify
