If your target is only Ontario then probably u need to improve your score first because the cut off is above 430 at present

I prefer Ontario but it is not line on a stone. I am also looking at Nova Scotia, I don't know, little confused, If Opening a file will be a good idea or not

Can you please share how long does it take to go from submitted to "Assessment" stage?

Submitted on 7th March. Still in submitted state. In tracker I see for some submitted later is already in assessment

2133 is in demand so you have a good chances, but the score is on a lower side. I would suggest improving the score to 430s by giving IELTS if possible.

Next year ...1800 nominations have already been issued - for NOIs that were issued last year.
