Hi Everyone,

No need for sending mail to oinp. Just register urself on OINP Portal which will indicate to oinp that you have accepted the NOI. Anyway it NOI is valid for 45 days. On registration u will get 14 days to submit it application

I have a query regarding the validity of NOI and number of days registration is valid on OINP portal.
If I register at OINP portal on the 45th day of receiving NOI i.e. just before it expires, then technic will I get another 14 days to submitted my application?
Or I have to submit within 45 days of receiving NOI?
I am asking this because I want to maximize my chances of receiving direct ITA and be clear before receiving NOI if this strategy will work?

Hi All

I've got a basic question here please help me out on this one. IRCC regularly states that the you can immigrate via different tracks such as the FSWP, FSTP or Provincial Nominee. I wanted to know that once you've received the nomination and your Express Entry profile has those additional 600 point and when you are invited to apply (ITA), are the steps or processes to submit your application different if you have been directly been issued a ITA (based on your CRS score) than if you have been nominated by a province?

I hope I was clear with my question, I would be glad to this discuss this. Many thanks in advance.

Hi
I paid to WES but not written my file number. Is that ok?

Hello
I had submitted my ECA report as asked by OINP. How much time is taken by WES to reach OINP?

I believe you were referring to duplicate report.
The report will be sent electronically and not mentioning your file number won't be an issue.

Hi Everyone,

Glad to share here that my brother has received notification of interest from Ontario in his CIC account. But, no mail so far.

1. Do they send the NOI on mail also?

2. Also, any quick reference for next Steps, if somebody can guide. I am already refering the Ontario HCP application guide, however, for smooth and clear understanding, what could be the chronological steps to do?

3. He is definitely accepting the NOI and proceed for application. Also, they have mentioned ----
"If you want Ontario to consider you for nomination under its PNP you must contact Ontario directly after receiving this letter. Note that this letter of interest is not a guarantee that you will be nominated by Ontario. You will first have to satisfy Ontario that you meet the requirements of their program."
What does this mean? Do we simply email them on their general inquiries email id? They take around 3 days to reply on this (I had done that earlier for some inquiries).

@iamxty @Karnesh @trumprefugee @Lala1234 , and any other fellows, specifically from India who have taken OINP route - if you can please guide. I would also want to connect with guys who have received NOI recently, if there are any here and started the process. Or on any other forum / whatsapp group.

Profile details are as below:

EE profile recreated on: 21/01/2018
CRS Score: 435
NOC: 1111
NOI Received: 09/02/2018.

Thanks.

1. we won't receive NOI in registered email. we can only use the NOI we receive through IRCC account. we have to screencapture and convert to pdf during the stage of submission.

2. Rajkamal already done a comprehensive guide, it would be very much useful, nothing to add on https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...priorities-stream-comprehensive-guide.396543/

3. In OINP dictionary, "contacting" means registering and applying for the stream, we need not contact them by email or phone.

Hope it helps.

There are two differences.
  • we need to attach nomination certificate along with our application.
  • Average processing time would be 5-6 months in comparison to direct-ITA applicants which is 3-4 months.
Apart from that there aren't major differences, you will travel with direct-ITA applicants all along.
