I have submitted my application to Ontario OINP on 16th Nov.

I have my brother residing in British Columbia and i don't have strong ties with Ontario, does this reason may lead to rejection of my application?

can anyone seen a case like this in which a relative staying in some other province but no ties with ontario may lead to rejection of application?

Yes. I have same case, just do not mention your relative in your letter of intent. Instead, mention the things(pros) that attracted you to live/stay in Ontario province, be it transportation, job availability. But you have to attach proof of your relative if you are claiming points for that.

Thanks for the response. I didn't mention my relative's details in the letter of intent, I have claimed points for the relative staying in canada though.
Did you claim points for the relative staying in other province?

Yes, even though I didn't need to. Just make it seem like you really want to stay in Ontario province for good. ;)

I am at 401 crs. NOC 2173 will be submitting my EE profile this week. Will HCP open in January 2018 for new candidates?
Hi All,
I am having CRS of 375 with NOC: 2173. I have already created my EE profile. Is there any chance to get the PNP for Ontario under HCP?

Friends, can you share if your OINP application moved from "Submitted" to "Assessment" or DIP. I had submitted my application on 6th November, its still in "Submitted" state.

Hi friends
I submitted my application on 15 Nov.
When will it move to assessment stage?

Hey guys, any updates from those of you who submitted in July or August? In light of today's unfortunate announcement that all 2017 nominations have been filled, all of us who didn't receive nomination by today will be waiting until 2018. This includes all of us who submitted in November, as well as a few from July and August it seems? @JingleBells @sagarskch @DreamBigger anyone else who's still waiting from July/August?
I am still waiting in DIP...

Do I need to show my spouse's IELTS scorecard also for OINP? (She has not written the test yet). will there be any issues in the process if i dont attach?

Only if you claimed points for that.
