Thanks mate ! Do u get any email for nomination? I believe then u get ITA after next draw. What are the stages after that ?

You are welcome. Yes you will receive an e-mail after your nomination. After ITA we have to accept it and manage/collect some documents and file e-APR.

Hi everyone what if you lose ur job in the middle of OINP or in post ITA. Please share some info

As per my understanding you need to inform OINP/CIC as the case may be of any change in your personal/professional status. Also, if you are still serving notice period then I guess wait for nomination as notice period will also be counted in your experience. You can bring it to the notice of CIC after you get ITA. Or if you have already served your notice then better inform OINP asap.

Hi all, I am confused now. I got PNP nomination with the below situation.

1) Current Employer - Three years work experience with complete detailed reference letter
2) Previous Employer - Three years work experience again with complete detailed reference letter
3) First Employer - Five years work experience, and reference letter is missing roles, responsibilities and weekly hours. The employer refuses to give a reply to this detail is writing.

I got OINP nomination even after submitting the above work experience docs. Should I delete the 3rd work experience from my EE profile during post-ITA? Will that be considered misrepresentation?

No, it will not be a misrepresentation. And yes, it is safe to delete the 5 years work experience since your last 2 experience is already 6 years. You only get points for max 6 years work experience in FSW and 3 years in the EE (CRS).

I meant during immigration process ....how long it should be valid ...am currently in DIP stage...my IELTS expires this December ... Score should be valid till I receive an ITA or till I get PCC and MCC cleared ?

Not sure if I already replied to this. Anyway, IELTS must be valid on the day you submit your e-APR.

Hi,

I have a query for the concerned who can answer or advise:

I have got my OINP nomination last week and may get ITA this week. My concern is I have got an H1B and my company may be transferring me to US office in/around October this year and this is the time I would be in post ITA phase. I need to know do I need to inform CIC about my transfer that time and if yes, do I need to make another reference letter although my job and responsibilities will be the same as in India but my reporting manager would be different.

Any chances for OINP for me?
CRS: 403
NOC: 2171
IELTS: R6, L 7.5, W 8, S 8 , overall 7.5
3+ Years of Exp
Missed a chance to apply when it was open as I was waiting for WES
Gonna attempt one more IELTS to get CLB 9 as I have CLB 7
What if I don't get CLB 9, worried :(

I am not the priMary applicant, my common law partner is.Although we have been living together we have no proof ie joint back acc, bond statements etc.Would I need to submit a marriage certificate for OINP? Meaning we need to get married first or can we submit without & after we receive a nomination we then get married.Thoughts please.(crs 405)

Marriage certificate is not required at the PNP stage. But you require the same at the time of filing eAPR post ITA.
