Can´t tell, haven´t searched for private colleges because my goal is SP/OWP -> PGWP -> PR should I take this route (hopefully not if CRS scores keep 420-430ish until early 2018), and for that reason I haven´t searched a single private program.

Many brazilians have searched for Greystone college. Don´t know if they have any IT programs, but their costs are very low - at least their Customer Service program costs under $9000 and lasts two years.

Alright. Yeah, they don't have it, but I'll have a look online. Thank you for all your replies. It helped me think better :)

just to chip in that studying in a private college won't make u eligible for PGWP
likewise, customer service jobs are noc c and not eligible for PR application in Ontario

PGWP is not an issue here.

But just discovered that a private college won't give my wife an OWP, and that's a problem =/

Someone posted a sample letter on page 455 u can check that. And also try to get some id proofs from you sister if she is a PR than her PR copy and state id or if she is a citizen than her passport copy. Hope this will help you to support ur letter of intend.

Guys...did you mention exact # of hrs in ur work ref. Letters ?

Hey, I have mentioned the exact number of working hours along with the word 'full- time employee' in my letter as required by both OINP and CIC.

Hope this helps.

from the bottom of page 13 of the PDF

Ties to Ontario can include but are not limited to, the following:
 Current and/or previous employment in Ontario,
 Job offers or jobs applied/interviewed for in Ontario,
 Education in Ontario,
 Volunteer work in Ontario,
 Lease agreements for a residence in Ontario or property ownership,
 Professional networks and affiliations,
 Family ties,
 Social connections or personal relationships, and/or
 Previous visits to Ontario.

I have interviewed for a few jobs in Toronto and listed out all company names and interview dates. I mentioned the names of a few friends I have in Ontario. I also listed dates of previous visits to Ontario. Just that section in what I have prepared has over 1800 characters, so I need to condense.

Yes, Canada immigration (both Ontario and federal EE) define full time as 30 hours/week so you need to indicate the exact number of hours to show you meet their "full time" requirement.
