Hello guys,
I have received my HCP NOI on June 29th. However, I could not gather all the necessary documents before the hold on the intake of the applications. The point is: my IELTS scores will expire on August 28th (I took the test on August 2015). In this sense, do you think I should take the test again? I don´t know if they are going to consider the 2-year period counting from the application to EE (from which my scores are OK) or from the application to HCP when it opens again (from which my scores will not be valid anymore).

I think you better take it again and get ready for the time when they re-open the stream, for me, I got my NoI 29th June and submitted my application to OINP 20th July, however, as my IELTS will expire by September, I have decided to take it again to be ready for the further processing, I have done with speaking last Saturday, and will be having my written modules tomorrow morning. Goodluck to all!!
I've submitted on 20th July, and status changed to "Assessment" 22nd Or 23rd July.
Thanks osmanshammat! I have just looked for the dates and the closest available date in my city is only on September 30th! I am going to Toronto next month as a tourist. Seriously considering taking the CELPLIP instead.
If that is a negative sign ..then what about Assessment for 15 days (@anwar01 ) ?
Furthermore .. I am personally on "submitted " status for 15 days ...may be I am the bad sign itself then
No .....I do not wanna talk about guys that are almost completing one month in submitted state !!
Mate.. seriously...there are no any bad signs about this ..and if there is one ..its a good one that your are in the DIP status now...in such carnival of randomness they use to approach the applications...

They should take the confirmation mail and reference # as an evidence now and leave the physical copy as part of the final documents submission,in the first place the PDF original report submitted in the application should be sufficient for the assessment! If they are doing it for extra profit among them then the confirmation invoice should be sufficient! I really do not know why they require the hard copy in this stage and way not asking the people from the start as a prerequisite for the application!It's day 21 since I submitted mine and I keep logging in to see the same "Submitted" status..(NOC & CRS in footer)
Got Nominated in OINP today. But one thing that actually made me worried, I saw that in OINP application in my education history section, "Have you been awarded an Canadian Degree" question answer is given as "yes" which is not true at all. I don't recall what I selected when I submitted my application. However I got nomination but will it be a problem in future because OINP profile info and EE will not match in this case.

i think i answered it "Yes" as well, I thought they are actually asking for equivalence to Canadian degree like WES report, but your comment seems to be a concern now
