That's perfect. Thanks.
A quick one- How do you accept NOI and is there anytime frame to accept it?

I already gave this profile EE number for NS PNP

Then you will not receive an NOI. Your profile will be hidden from other provinces. I read this in the letter of Intent received from Ontario.

Hi guys,

Two quick questions if anyone can help please.

1- My NOC is 4012. I received NOI today, how do I know which stream am I from these streams: http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_PROCESSINGTIMES.html (Am I
Human Capital Priorities?)

2- My police certificate might take 3 months to be issued. Can I submit my application for now without it, or I should wait for the police certificate to be issued?

Thanks.

Hi,
My NOC is also 4012.. you are the first one I meet here with the same NOC as mine :D. I submitted my OINP application yesterday, and now hoping for the nomination :)

Regarding your questions:

1. Yes, human capital priorities is the correct stream to choose after NOI through express entry.

2. You dont need to submit police certificates in ONIP application. You will need to submit them later to IRCC after getting the ITA.

Here you can find the application guide for the human capital priorities. You are strongly advised to read it all before submitting your application.

all the best!

Hi, I have read that, but I think query is not answered there. I am a bit confused.

Are you sure you read it? Because everything is there.
Also, I gave you the timeframe on my post. NOI is valid for 6 months.

Your NOI is valid for 6 months. To submit an OINP application, you need to create a ONe-key account and you have 14 days to submit all required documents and pay the application fee of CAD 1,500.

Follow the OINP guide here:

http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/pr...oipp/documents/document/oi_en_hcps_010517.pdf

This is from the OINP guide (page 10)

3.1 Access the OINP e-Filing Portal

You must access the OINP e-Filing Portal directly from the OINP website where you will find further instructions on how to register for, and apply to, the Human Capital Priorities Stream.
Important:

  •  You must have received a Notification of Interest (NOI) from Ontario through your IRCC online account before you can apply to the OINP under this stream.
  • Your NOI is valid for 6 months, which means that you must submit your application to the OINP within 6 months of receiving your NOI from Ontario.
  •  Once you register a profile for the Human Capital Priorities Stream in the OINP e-Filing Portal, you have 14 calendar days to complete and submit your application to the OINP. After 14 days, your registration will expire and be withdrawn by the OINP.
