If you are using the same GCKey, you have to first withdraw your current profile and then create a new one.

I am not sure about same GCKey. What do you mean by that? I did not use this GCKey before for anything.
Can you kindly clarify?

The ID that you login to your account is the GCKey. You can have only one active profile at a time in a particular GCkey. If you withdraw your EE profile, you will see an option to "Create an Express Entry" when you login using the credentials that you are currently using.

I have not tried this
But can we take a evaluation first for EE and then link that to the GCKey account!
Will that allow me to have a second EE profile to the same GCKey?

HI I created new ee profile as previous one was about to expire in 5 months but now my profile shows job bank status pending . kindly tell me how much it will take to update status to accepted . i have registered with job bank.

Okay. Can we delete the current profile also? And then create a new one with new GCkey?

Yes,
There are 7 people registered so far. All of them got their EE fully active on or after 21.2. (that is after connection with a jobbank).
It looks that they only go after new profiles.

How long does it take from the time "when you create ee profile" to "job bank fully activate"? and your profile will be officially available into EE pool?

I created my profile last year so forgot how long did it take to complete all the steps and the EE account if fully activated.

Within 24 hours after connecting your new EE profile with your jobbank. Then profile shall be visible as active.
