Is anyone created a new profile after deleting the old one and received NOI please do let us know.

Same here. I'm wondering if it's okie to recreate another duplicate profile. Once it's activated then delete the old one.
It's risky to just delete current one first and create new one now though. Wonder should i take the risk since the situation now is quite messy and unclear.

What is the logic here ?

I created my EE profile on 27th August, 2016. Have 427 points. No OINP nomination yet.

Nowhere on the CIC website or OINP site it says that your EE profile should be current or should have 6 months remaining, etc. Its not like your passport, that it should be valid for more than 6 months to get a visa.

Seniors or people who got nomination in 2016 .. please help here. How was the situation/ pattern last year.

The logic here is that we suspect there might be possibility that those profiles which have been created recently (less then 1 week) are processed first and got NOIs even though they might or might not have low CSR. The reason is because those people who claimed to receive NOIs here, most of them only created or recreated their profile within 7 days.
However we are not sure since there are people who also just create profiles recently and havent received NOIs yet. Since we dont know what is the process or criteria of how people are selected to receive NOI/PT. Thats why I wonder whether I should take risk: delete current one and recreate a new one. (It's actually really risky now since they already started sending NOI/PT)

Either people who have old profiles will get NOI little late or the issue is similar to last year where people need to recreate their profile!! Uuuhh..
And if anyone's app for other province with EE details is in process, those cases are gone cases now as they can't recreate their profile again till the time they get the result :'(

There was an issue in late 2015 and early 2016 where applicants were not getting PT if they had a older profile so OINP themselves advised applicants to re-create their profiles.

Express Entry is an Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) application management system to manage permanent resident applications for skilled migration to Canada.

Ontario uses Express Entry (EE) to select potential nominees for permanent residence under two Ontario Express Entry Streams.

It has come to our attention that technical issues may have resulted in candidates not receiving Notification of Interest (NOI) though they believe they meet the criteria for Ontario’s Express Entry streams. If you believe you fall into this category and have not received an NOI within one month of submitting your EE profile, we encourage you to create a new profile in the EE system. If you create a new EE profile, you must delete your old profile.

If you have any questions about your EE profile please contact Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada.

The very same way you created your old profile. The process of "re-creating" isn't any different than how you created your first EE profile.

I was actually trying to figure out something with the existing GC key, but did not find anything... will wait for a few days and create a new GC key.

You can create it with the same GCKey. When you withdraw your current profile, you will once again see an option to create an Express Entry profile.

If you are using the same GCKey, you have to first withdraw your current profile and then create a new one.

The problem is now if I recreate my profile, the creation date would be after 23rd Feb. However, they already started to scan EE bank, process and send PT for those profiles from 23rd and we are not sure they will do it backwards (aka will start from profile in 23rd go to older profile) or keep refreshing database and select from most recent profiles :/
