I have one general question that,

After PNP nomination from any provinces, if suppose, ITA is selected based on the CRS point reduction further, do we have any chance to deny PNP nomination and select ITA for PR processing directly. please clarify this process.

Is there any process exist that ITA is going to be selected based on CRS point after PNP nominated since the processing time of Ontario PNP is approximately 8 to 10 months.

When you receive the PNP nomination you have the option to accept or decline it. Once you accept it you can't go back and decline it... if you no longer want the nomination then you'll need to withdraw you profile and recreate it.

I am ontario nominated and my IELTS results will expire in March.I retook IELTS but my score came down by.5 and when i am calculationg my points, its lower than 400. OINP says that you have to intimate us if ur score goes down . will my nomination get cancelled? whom should i inform about my scores? only cic through cse? my nomination is valid for one month after my previous result expires.
please guide! I am in distress. i am nov aor

Expiry of IELTS/ECA/PCC doesn't matter once you have submitted your PR application! Don't worry about it!

There has been no exact time frame so far as we have seen applicants received nominations anywhere between 7 to 14 months from the time they submitted their OINP application since October 2015. My app reached on 1st Feb 2016 and got nomination on 21st Dec. 2016 - a little less than 11 months.
No they will start online application system in 2017 so the processing time should reduce to say around 6 months or so hopefully.

I have not submitted my OINP application but just selected the check box while filling the Express Entry application (Nov 2016) on my interest in Ontario. I read on the Ontario Immigration page that I can only apply once I get an invitation from Ontario first. Hope my understanding is correct.

Yes, that's correct! If they open and you meet their requirements you'll get an invite since you ticked the Ontario box.

I'm married to a US citizen, and she already submitted the petition to the Immigration in the US, the application is now under process. I'm qualified for OINP, so I think I can apply OINP while waiting for the paperwork in the US. In the AINP application, it asks if my spouse will accompany me to Canada, and my spouse doesn't seem like she wants to move to Canada. How should I answer that question? Please help! Thanks all.

This is more personal than anything else... if you feel she will not come with you then there is no point in putting yes down.

Bear in mind that even if she is not coming and you decide to go through with it she will need to do medicals and get PCC (this is not for OINP, but for eAPR) so but putting down no you'll not exempt her from these things.
