Hi,

I have CRS score of more than 400, and currently residing outside Canada. I had my ECA done from WES, and they rated it as Bachelor's Degree (3 Years). On this ECA, would I be eligible under OINP - EE - Human Capital Priorities Stream, since it states to hold a Bachelor's Degree, but I couldn't find anywhere that should it be 3 or 4 years, or both are eligible.

Thanks!
Bachelors Degree can be either 3 years or 4 years long. As long as it has been evaluated as Canadian equivalent of Bachelors degree, then you are good to go.

When the OINP opens again in November 2016 and in case i didn't get my Nomination , should i need to reapply or my application will go into November 2016 pool automatically.

Hi all,

I an a silent follower of this forum and have found this very helpful.

I have a query and would appreciate if anyone can help me.

I had created a new EE profile on 6th Feb 2016. I received a PT notification on 8th Feb and I submitted my OINP application which reached on 23rd Feb 2016.

During the time of profile creation my IELTS scores were valid and was to expire on 13th July 2016.
I have re-taken the test on 4th June 2016.

My CRS score has now changed from 412 to 415.
I have updated my EE profile with the updated IELTS score.

Is there anyway in which I can inform OINP regarding the CRS change-like an email id?
Or do I have to fill in the Change in Personal Information form.

Appreciate if anyone could help me regarding this.

Hi all, now that it's clear that it is taking longer than 90 days to receive an AOR after sending your documents, what will happen to those bank drafts as part of the OINP fees? My bank draft is only valid for 6 months, and by the look of it, it might expire by the time they will look inside my application documents?

Your thoughts?

OINP seems to have opened all the applications received so far. They will take care of the fees. If your DD/Bank draft expires, then your application will continue to maintain its place in the queue and they will ask you to send across a new draft. Relax, they will let you know about it.

I believe that could create unnecessary work load to OINP. this update is not require at all -- applicant needs to maintain above 400 at all times during application process. and he/she already does

Hi All,

I have a question. Can a dependent extend his/her work permit if the principal applicant receives an OINP AOR?
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Saskatchewan comes on and off more frequently though their available slots fill up quickly so you may want to check their site, start your application, prepare required documentation so that you can submit quickly when next they open, hopefully very soon.
