Hi everyone,

I have some questions and I hope someone can help me. I sent my documents to OINP and at that time I had 421 points.
But last Monday was my birthday and I received an automatic e-mail from EE saying that my new score is 416 (I lost 5 points because of my birthday)
Should I contact OINP?
Though I still have 400+ points.


Below is my timeline and I hope to receive my AOR soon.

EE Created: 21/11/2015
OINP PT: 27/11/2015
OINP App. Submitted: 14/12/2015
OINP App. Received: 14/12/2015
AOR: Waiting.....

Hello All,

i have applied for the Ontario PNP on March 9th. however, i am wondering if i would get any call from Ontario Pnp?. will applicants get a phone call from ONIP after applying for PNP.
could you please suggest on this. Most of my friends who applied have got a phone call from ONIP representative.

Hi Raj,

As stated earlier, my spouse will be the primary applicant. She has some funds in her bank account. She will also liquidate some shares and MFs. The funds will go to her bank account.

I will provide the rest of funds in her account by liquidating my MFs. I am secondary applicant. Does this warrant a gift deed for her?

No, just a declaration from you about the use of your funds for the common immigration purpose if you are an accompanying co-applicant.

Hi all,

Is it possible to send supporting documents while we are waiting for AOR?
I have renewed my passport after I sent my application for OINP but I don't know if I have to send the copies of my new passport or should I wait for AOR first?
I hope somebody can help with this!

I read in one of the thread that your express entry application status should be "active". While in my case (my spouse being the PA), the "Application/Profile status: Open"

is it one of the same thing? I have not received the PT yet. Around 3 Days -

Shall i withdraw the existing one and recreate the profile?

Any one who have got the PT recently after creating the EE profile?

Hi all
I got PT notification for OINP and have applied within the stipulated time frame.
Can I change my response in the EE profile under the heading "Provinces Interested In" .
Presently BC, Alberta, ON are selected and I wish to change it to All provinces and territories.
Will it generate new EE profile or just modify in the same EE profile.
Will it affect the OINP application.

Hi Friends,
I created my EE profile in December 2015. My CRS is 448. I received a OINP invitation which i guess had a validity of 45 days.
Now i need to understand if I can still use that invitiation to apply for OINP because somewhere in official documents i read that Ontario will not consider applications from those whose invitation has expired.

Moreover, while i understand that a score above 400 is just a condition and not a certainty to receive OINP nomination, if i close my EE profile and create a new one, will i get a invitation again for the new profile or will they not invite considering that the candidate did not exercise the option last time?
