Hello All,

I have received Notification of an interest in Oct 2021 and applied OINP in the same month and currently, it is in DIP from 26 Oct 2021. Now I see in the OINP portal that they have issued nominations as per their allocation i.e 8600 as of 10 Nov 2021, will they issue nominations more than their allocated limit. will I receive nominations in the coming days??

Some of us applied with July NOI and are still waiting for nomination.As for the link above I think its applicable to with Skill level C particularly. As for the yearly quota Canada has clearly exhausted their limit but that hasn't stopped Ontario from sending approvals and hence ITAs.
I am novice and might be wrong but just a thought.

Yes, they will either get additional allocation or use next year's allocation to issue nominations, no need to worry about it. Processing of your application will continue as usual.

Hey guys. I have sent an OINP application on 10 November (status submitted yet). Regarding the possibility of being nominated only next year, I have a couple of questions. If I have a birthday on 31 December and I will lose points from my EE profile:
1. Do I need to update anything on EE profile to recalculate my points, or will it be done automatically?
2. Do I need to inform OINP that there are changes in my CRS because of my age?
3. I will have fewer points than needed when I got NOI (now I have 459 and will have 453, but the min score for OINP was 455) - can it be a problem for me?

Seadrag0n I’m j in the same boat. Application stuck in DIP for two weeks now. And 60 days processing timeline has passed. Is this usual ? And can we accept nomination in coming days ?

The website says 30-60 days but their normal processing time is generally 90 days and a lot depends on their workload too. November, December and January are very slow months for OINP and I also noticed that a big Express Entry OINP draw results in big delays in processing time. If you are lucky, you might get the nomination within 90 days of submission.

WES evaluation for me says this -

CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY - Master's degree

CREDENTIAL ANALYSIS

Credential: Master of Technology in Software Engineering

Major: Software Engineering
Canadian equivalency: Bachelor's and master's degree

Thats all and I do not have any evaluation for Bchelors in my report.

I did not send my Bachelor's for evaluation as WES website said For Masters Of Technology, You do not have to send your bachelors degrees.

Question - When I fill my education details in OINP for NOI, what option should I select when it asks if you have ECA for this Bachelors Degree ?
Should I answer YES as my equivalency at the bottom says Bachelors and Masters Degree or should i answer NO as I never sent them my bachelors for evaluation ?

You get NOI based on NOC only. License is not required to apply for nomination (or even PR) even if your occupation is regulated in Canada.

You need to send an email to OINP program ASAP. Without correct job seeker validation code they can't send in the nomination.

1. Can I go for upfront medical once I move to DIP? what is the validity of medical? Do I have to take upfront medical for the primary applicant and secondary applicant?

2. I have lived in 3 different states in the same country, do I need to take PCC from all states or only from my current address? Do I have to take PCC for primary and secondary applicants?

3. What are the documents related to medical and PCC I need to submit with ITA?

same in dip for 3 weeks and a half...
I haven't seen any nomination in weeks I think it's just our apps in the queue. If there isn't anything serious the max you'll get is an ADR in DIP.

You can still apply for SNIP fi you want to though.
