Quick question

My wife has worked in both HR and Marketing, OINP NOC 0124 is an in-demand job as per the current list, however she prefers to work in the HR function which is not on the IDJ list. Can we apply with 0124 but land and apply for jobs under HR 0112? Do employers ask for PR NOC qualification codes while applying for jobs in Toronto?

Also with a CRS of 439, what are the chances of getting a NOI this year? EE cut-offs are too high for us to be considered and we have almost maxed out our IELTS scores.

Do most people receive an acceptance/ nomination in the 60 days TAT? Any observations otherwise?
Most people do but there are a few cases where it goes over. A lot of factors could be involved such as additional documents requested, officer handling your application, etc.

Thank you for a quick response. I almost want to roll my eyes on the "officer handling application" factor. :)... My application is at DIP status, is there a possibility that I may still be asked for an additional document?

Lol yes but this is just my opinion and I don't actually know how they go through these applications (If only)

Yes there is still a possibility but I don't think it happens often. I've heard of people even getting an Intention for Refusal after DIP. But they were able to provide the required documents and still got nominated.
Just keep an eye on your email and portal for any updates. Good luck!

No response yet. Besides, it seems they are processing based on date of submission. Hopefully it should get to our turn soon.

Mine was submitted on the 11th of Sept. Anxious yet, was thinking about writing them, but don't want to annoy them...
Nothing has moved on yet. My money is that it will move on after the election....
