Nobody expected 445. It was a huge shocker I was at 435 since July and I'm losing 5 points on October 19th. With no Ontario NOI I had literally lost all hope

Everybody here kept telling me never lose hope and you should try every way possible even if it means you have 1% chance to improve score Which is what I did and my fortunes changed.

So hang in there my friend You will surely find a way

Check the Ontario Immigration website. Since February they have only issued nominations to either French Speakers or with Job Offers.

How does it exactly works if I have CRS 362 without job offer and without french, is it possible for me to apply or express my interest in OINP.

the only thing that you can do is select Ontario or All provinces and territories as your destination in your EE profile. after that it's up to them to invite you or not

This is correct! Ontario only sends NOIs through express entry
