Might as well close the no job offer offer/french speaking HCP stream.
Don't give up so soon bud. Have you ever thought of saving some money and studying in Canada for a bit? That would get you at least 20 more points more which means a definite ITA in your case. This sucks when you put it that way I honestly do not understand why they are giving so much preference to French speakers when Quebec does the same thing
So I guess Canadian dream is pretty much over.
the reason why I want to move to Canada is to get a good living conditions and make better money for my family. If I could save that much expenses for education, i would have stayed in my home country.Don't give up so soon bud. Have you ever thought of saving some money and studying in Canada for a bit? I already spent a lot of money on my education for a PG certificate in the UK 4 years ago. So I don't think I want to go through that again. A Pg Certificate itself cost hell lot of money in the UK and now it looks like it was waste of money and time since there is no guarantee that WES will evaluate it correctly so I can claim points for two or more certificates.Don't give up so soon bud. I am planning to get married next year. Even if I managed to get my spouse to come to Canada, I won't be able to manage my marriage, finance and studies. I should have thought about it right after graduating my bachelor's four years back. I don't want to be a struggling student again who juggles between school and work. I want a job so I can move on with my life. If I don't receive anything positive from Canada by this year. Then I will just shut my Canadian dream and start looking towards Australia. Maybe I will have better luck there.
being a new married immigrant as a student will make life even worse Since you can only work for 20 hours I believe unless your wife can work full time it will be straining. I sincerely hope that you don't have to give up on your Canadian dream. Looks like we're in the same boat. Express Entry is so complicated - it's either fair and simple if you get the score or it's so frustrating for people like us. I am on CRS 424 and looks like my only hope is studying in Canada. I don't want to gamble and do a PG diploma in India only to realize that either it's not recognized or I get my credentials late which reduces my score further. But then hope is great and also important. I wish you good luck bud!I already spent a lot of money on my education for a PG certificate in the UK 4 years ago. I'm glad I'm finding more people on the same boat. This forum somehow brought people like us closer and gives a bit of positivity. I'm going to keep trying as hard as I can but definitely at some point you will have to just call it a day and move on. There is only so much you can try.I really pray that day doesn't come so I'm hanging on to my hope but let's see.I sincerely hope that you don't have to give up on your Canadian dream. Understanding the previous year's trend, they will only try to reduce the cut off or keep it the same. I believe either they will reduce the cut off or it will be maintained for the next draw till end of the year. Hope for the best.I'm glad I'm finding more people on the same boat. I think they will maintain 440 this year. Next year the CRS will be even higher making it tougher to immigrate.
