I paid through online. Checked with couple of other folks who paid through online. Just like me all of them paid $233. Not sure why all of us missed it. It is just another extra expenditure of $26 for our ignorance
I think you can also claim for the refund. Just send a mail to WES with your reference number and tell that you do not reside in Canada. They will issu refund for HST.

I m new to this thread. I am at 433 and shall max to 438ish if my wife and me improve in ielts in the coming results.
Given that as well, I don’t think my profile will receive an ITA in the upcoming draws anytime sooner - and we would like to start for the OINP.
My NOC code is 1222 though I am quiet sure I can prove myself in 1122.
Guys - where do I begin? Any forum that lists down steps from beginning?

WES replied back with comments "Contact CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) to claim for refund for HST". Googling it out , I found HST refund case for Canada visitors and returning back from there. Anyone has CRA email id, so that I can email my case. I tried calling CRA, but the line was not picked.
