Hey JP,

Apparently OINP updates the website 2-4 days after NOIs have been inssued. You can search the forum. A person created a new thread today saying he got a NOI from OINP today with a CRS score of 390. Perhaps OINP is again targeting occupation specific EE profiles like they did in June of last year.

Were NOIs sent to EE profiles this week whose CRS scores are less than 400? I saw someone posting in this forum saying they've received a NOI from Ontario today.

I received a NOI yesterday. My score is 424, and my NOC is 2174. Profile recreated around january 25th.

I'm at 424 and NOC 2175 but nothing ughhh. The bigger part of my experience is over 5 years ago though. Still enough to match the criteria though but I wonder if they look at that for NOI.

You would need 1 year in ur primary NOC in last 5 years.

 you have accumulated a continuous period of at least one year of paid full-time work experience, or the equivalent in paid part-time work experience,
within the last five years from the date of your NOI from Ontario,

I understand what you mean by this. I have 2172 NIC with CRS 424 and completed French question few days back but yet to get NOI. So don’t worry because they take 2-4 days to send NOI before updating the Ontario web page.

In the express entry profile, they recently added a new question for french. I don't recall wat exactly it says.. so, if you submitted your profiles more than 2 months ago, you would see that one of the section will say not complete or something..

Friends I received NOI from Ontario today and I have only CRS of 393. I do have job offer with no LMIA so my only option is to go with Human capital stream. but the human capital stream requires minimum CRS of 400. can I still submit the application. I have experience in 2174 and no French abilities.

I think they are issuing NOIs to IT NOCs even if candidate's CRS is under 400, so you may can submit a profile through the Human Capital Priorities Stream.

But if you have a valid job offer that meets the OINP criterias, you can check out the OINP Employer Job Offer Stream - http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPWORKER.html. You don't have to have a NOI to submit your profile by this stream, and I think it is less bureaucratic.

No, not for IT people, but for french people ...
Any one who has CLB 7 TEF, even without IELTS at all and below 400 CRS received NOI for Ontario yesterday !
