Hi Sushsmart,

1. Do you mean to say that OINP has already nominated( not PTs) 5500 people for 2016 and so they will return/reject all the applications that have received after the 5500 cap is filled?

2. Or do you mean to say that the PTs for 5500 people have already been sent and no more will sent for 2016. They will start sending the PTs for 2017 quota in November?

I have sent my package on March 14th 2016 and worried what would happen to my application. I obviously have not received an AOR yet.

OINP wants to believe that they have received enough number of applications (5,500 or more) which will be processed in 2016 to whom nomination can be given to complete the quota for 2016. This is what I meant to say. Sorry I did'nt use the correct phrase.

I am still not clear. Can I interpret your reply as "OINP received enough number applications ( 5500 or more ) who they can nominate in 2016 till they stopped issuing new PTs in mid February". If this is correct then all the applications for which PTs were sent and people sent their applications in reply, will be considered/ evaluated. The only affected people are those did not received PT after mid February 2016.

If my interpretation is wrong then it would mean that only those people who got nomination till May 9th 2016 OINP notice will be considered and all the applications which are still being processed will be rejected/ returned. I somehow feel this is not the case.

Please help me regarding getting ECA. I am from Pakistan. I want to get assessments for myself and my wife for Canadian immigration. My details are as follows. So should send only the latest degrees or all the certificates and mark sheets starting from Higher secondary. For Pakistan most of the ECA organizations on the website say that all certificates are needed. It costs for each credential. Thank you so much.


1. Applicant (Myself):

1. Higher secondary certificate/marks sheet (FSc, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore)
2. Bachelor of Science(BSc, University of Punjab), 2 years
3. Master of Computer Science, MCS(University of Central Punjabm, Lahore), 2 years
4. Master of Business Administration, MBA (Institute of Management Sciences, Lahore), 2 years

2.Wife:

1. Higher secondary certificate/marks sheet (FSc, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore)

Your interpretation is absolutely correct. OINP has received too many applicantions for 2016 and hence they have stopped sending the PT NOI until Nov 2016

First determine if your NOC is included in their "In-Demand" list mentioned in the application guide.
SINP EE opens up anytime without notice. You need to monitor their website regularly. Everytime it opens, they only intake 500 applicants. So the quota fills up in just 3 to 4 days from the day they announce since it is an online application system.
Last year they opened up once in Nov. and then twice in December. Also, last they opened up was in first week of Jan 2016.
There is a slight possibility that they might open up in first week in June (just a guess).

What does it mean for people whos applications reached them before they had finished their quota?
I mean the quota was reached only once they stopped sending PT's?

my OINP application applied thru CEC category was received on jan/11/2016. I'm haven't received my AOR yet, please let me know if somebody else in same situation. I am worried now because my work permit is ending next month.

Dude, please visit the Comparative Education Service website for in-depth information. Moreover CES is good than any other Assessment Authority because of less documentation requirement though the time duration is a bit high than others..

I have an important question:
Somebody told me he received a PT in november and he sent his application was received in the beginning of december.
He was declined because he didmt submit the criminal record exactly as required and had resubmitted in february.
2 days ago he received a request to send his passport.
My question is: if your application is declined, for a reason such as the one i have mentioned here, and you resubmit your application, does it go through a different path then the one that iy goes through initially?
Or can we umderstand that of he resubmitted im february and they got back to him 2 days ago, that they are now checking applications that were received in february??
