I am feeling thankful that at least I have people to listen and help me! Thank you all for taking time and reading my message and replying back. I am unable to attach the letter he shared with me. He said it came in the messages in MyCIC account. When I asked to share screenshot, he instead sent me a PDF. I am typing the exact format below for your reference:

What I think is that, none of the above reasons could be possible since I was already in the pool since Aug 2015. What he might have done is, he may have changed my work experience or IELTS score or definitely something which affected my score and then I may have got this letter, which he shared with me. At this time, he wanted me to pay him for reapplying! Which I did not, and I simply asked him to forget about it.
Is this in anyway going to effect my current application?
