I am feeling thankful that at least I have people to listen and help me! Thank you all for taking time and reading my message and replying back. I am unable to attach the letter he shared with me. He said it came in the messages in MyCIC account. When I asked to share screenshot, he instead sent me a PDF. I am typing the exact format below for your reference:

What I think is that, none of the above reasons could be possible since I was already in the pool since Aug 2015. What he might have done is, he may have changed my work experience or IELTS score or definitely something which affected my score and then I may have got this letter, which he shared with me. At this time, he wanted me to pay him for reapplying! Which I did not, and I simply asked him to forget about it.

Is this in anyway going to effect my current application?

This is exactly what may have happened, he messed up with your IELTS reference No & data, WES reference no, and education data and experience data and PoF details to render it ineligible, hence this automated PDF letter generated by CIC EE application.

No, it won't.

Hi, wanted to know if I get invitation from OINP can I extent my work permit. My work permit is valid only until Nov 11, 2016. Planning to file Express entry end of June as I will complete 1 year job experience on JUne end.

I think not. Only after ITA and e-APR Application and R10 clearance.

hi guys I got oinp invitation and send the documents in mid January and now i got to know that I need to show funds even I am currently working in Ontario. So can I deposit money in my chequing account now and send bank statements to them before they actually start processing my file and return it to me considering it as incomplete.Secondly they want true copy of my ECA done through PEBC. So I requested them tosend IT directly to OINP. Please help me of your concerns since my work permit is expiring in july,I dont want to take chances.

As for the PTs, OINP stopped sending PTs somewhere around mid-Feb and have resumed only very recently. Suggest you to wait for a week and if you still don't get it, you can consider re-creating your profile.

Hey Raj, how do you say that OINP resumes sending PTs? The few cases that received were from the french speaking stream. Do you know any case from non-french streams?

You got to know from who? You do NOT need to show settlement funds if you are currently employed in Ontario.

Check section 3.4 of the application guide - "Settlement Funds".

Income in Ontario
If you demonstrate ongoing employment income to satisfy the settlement funds requirement, submit supporting documents as evidence of ongoing employment in Ontario or a valid job offer in Ontario (note that you must be able to legally work in Ontario). See Section 3.1for required documents.

If you are currently working on Ontario, you can show them the following documents as proof of ongoing employment in Ontario.

Copy of employment contracts;
Copies of all work permits issued by CIC and all immigration records authorizing employment for the period of work stated in your application;
Employer reference letters for all periods of work stated in your application;
Copies of Canada Revenue Agency T4 Statement of Remuneration Paid and Notice of Assessment(NOA) statements(if applicable)for the periods of work
experience stated in your application;

AND

Pay statements and any relevant documentation that can support your Canadian work experience.

Yes, it was issued to an applicant who had taken both TEF and IELTS. There were couple of other reports though - please check with the people who reported that they got PTs.

I created the profile on 5th and no PT yet. I am waiting for my ECA shortly and thought of recreating the profile again.

Anyone on this group, FSW, non-french, who has got the PT?

I do understand that patience is the key, but this guessing game is .....????

I read your comment on another post that OINP is now taking upto 4months to send AOR and another 2 months to send Nomination. After that to get ITA and send the application will take another 20-24days. I haven't yet recieved PT and my IELTS will expire in OCT'16. Moreover we dont get exam dates before 25-30days generally, which means to give IELTS again and get results may take 1month or so. Do you think I should give IELTS again NOW or shall I wait to try my luck. What if during the processing time of Ontario my IELTS get expired??? Will they put me on hold or simply reject me??

Your IELTS should be valid till your submit your PR application. If it expires in between, you would become ineligible for EE (and consequently for OINP as well). Suggest you to wait and book your exam in August/September'16. Be sure to update your EE profile BEFORE your test scores expire.

Thank you so much for the info but all my friends who are of same profile like me (worked in ON)had showed funds and they got pnp approval so if I have to send the documents can I update them before they treat it as incomplete.

I do not think your application would be regarded as incomplete but if you want, you can email them soft copies of your documents with your application details.

Thank you Raj and Wisak for sharing your concerns. Now I am going through my sent application and suddenly I figured that in page 3 under personal and work history instead of showing 10 yrs history I did only 5 yrs. I don't know how I miss that and also I am single but I signed and authorised in section L which is for spouse. Now I don't know what to do. can I resend those pages and request them to update. Please give me suggestions its really urgent.

Is there is big problem with OINP application, if somebody left fields which does not apply to him blank and forgot to add N/A ?

Is there any previous cases ?
