Please help guys in this

I submitted my OINP on 1st June, 2017 and made the payment for the same as well. On 2nd June, I ordered for a duplicate copy of the ECA report to be sent to CIC and also to Ontario for OINP. I emailed them asking for acknowledging if they have received my ECA and they said they will update me when they receive it. Today I got an email asking for:-

Applicants to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program’s (OINP) Human Capital Priorities Stream or French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream are required to submit a copy of their Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report. You provided a copy of an ECA report from the World Education Service (WES).

In order to verify the results of your ECA report, we require you to authorize WES to share your ECA results with OINP. OINP requires this authorization to complete the assessment of your application. Please note that your application has not been deemed incomplete but failure to comply with this request can result in the denial of your nominee application.

To authorize WES to share the results of your ECA report you must order a duplicate of your ECA report at:https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/xcopycic.asp.You must also ensure that “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT” is indicated as the recipient of the report.

If you have any specific questions about how to provide authorization to share your ECA results with OINP, please contact WES directly.

You will have, at maximum, 15 days from the date of this request to submit the above requested documents for our review.

Should the program not receive the requested additional information within the given timeframe, your application will be assessed based on the existing information on file.

But I had already sent them the acknowledgement receipt and also the reference number of my ECA and again I have sent them the same.

Kindly suggest me if I need to do anything else????

I hope you have sent them the Confirmation email from WES that indicates we have sent this document to OINP (Notice of Completed Evaluation Report) instead of simply the Acknowledgement of Order from WES. They sometimes make an issue because of this but if you have sent the right document then you should receive the confirmation email from OINP within a week and your account should be updated.

Kindly tell us that was your account showing Assessment or Decision in Progress before receiving this request. If it was DIP then you will probably receive Nomination in the next distribution.

It has been 2 days now I have not heard from them if they have received my ECA evaluation duplicate copy and neither have they acknowledged my email as to if they are looking into it. When I login to OINP it shows "Awaiting information"

I got their reply. They reply me exactly after one month. It got rejected because they said I am not eligible to apply under FSWP. My score is less than 67 but they didn't give me 5 points for adaptability as I have studied in ontario for 2 years.

Sorry to hear about your refusal. Definitely you should ask for a reconsideration if you are confident that they have not given you the points you deserve. You can read page 32 of the guide to learn more about this.

Also would you please share your timeline and let us know how long did it take for them to inform you about the refusal?

My application was submitted almost 30 days ago and it's been 21 days since updating my status to DIP. I'm nervous too as most of the applications which were submitted before and after my application have already been decided.

Hope you can sort this out asap.

My cousin's status is showing under Assessment for the last two weeks .He is quite perplexed about the whole situation .
Though we had a word with them its still no change in his file .

It's common that Assessment may take time maybe due to some extra verifications or simply because an officer have multiple files to look at.

If all files are in order and complete documents are presented then it on average takes 7-10 days. Although, from the last few weeks it's taking 4-5 days.

Yes that's the correct document. Wait till Sunday for their response or else just email or call them for the confirmation.

I've called their number 2 times but when i choose English as my language and then option 3 to talk to an executive it then says to type in 10 digit mobile number of the person i want to talk to .... Weird ....

Maybe if choose option 2 for general information I might get through and know the status ....

I guess they're really busy these days no responding to email even after a couple of days ....

Yes go for general information that usually takes 2-5 minute waiting time and then ask them to tell you or Transfer call to the relevant department.

Please also tell if anyone received Nomination on June 12 from these two NOC's or else which NOC you got Nomination with.

I got nomination on 14th June, 2017, so my total CRS is now 404+600 = 1004.

So will I definitely receive ITA in next draw?
Or I have to wait because of 6th June changes...

I had a question about this .... When you were asked for ECA and then you got nomination .... Between this time what was the status in ur OINP application profile.

Mine says "Awaiting information". Was this the same for you?

23rd May: OINP requested ECA
24th May: I submitted ECA report through WES
29th May: OINP asks for ECA saying they didn't received yet
30th May: I provide them all details but no response from them after many mails

Till 2nd June: status was Awaiting information
On 3rd June: status changed to Decision in progress
14th June: Nomination
