OINP - EE - Human Capital Priorities Stream - Comprehensive Guide

A query with regard to referenced letters. I have 21 years of experience under skill type 0 and have listed it in my EE profile fully. For OINP purpose, am I required to provide reference letters and other supporting docs for all these years or just for 3 years (as foreign skilled worker points max out at 3 years)? Or is it for the last 10 years as someone else suggested in another forum ? Highly confusing! Grateful for your considered feedback.
You should provide reference letters for all the years that you are acquiring CRS points. In your case, it will be 3-5 years as that gives you maximum marks. For the rest of the years you can provide offer letter, pay slips, promotion letter, relieving letter, etc. (all the possible documents, other than reference letter should be fine)rajeshnsuma said:
I am afraid that i would have to disagree with you on the mandatory part and my rationale for disagreeing is that there is no mentioning of that in the guide. However, I would surely call IQAS and will ask about the duplicate ECA process and will share my findings here but will not send duplicate unless asked to do so by OINP.Mahadev87 said:

No worries. Feel free to interpret what authorizing the organization to share the results means. Obviously, if you don't ask WES (for example) to release/share your results, they wont. Further, the process for individuals to authorize an ECA granting organization to share information with the OINP differs by organization. Please review the information below to learn more about the process for the organization with which you have an ECA or to which you will be applying for an ECA.
If you have any specific questions about the process for getting an ECA, or about how to provide authorization to share your ECA results with the OINP, please contact the ECA granting organization with which you are working.
Please also note that the information in this program update supersedes information found in the OINP application guides and forms for the Human Capital Priorities Stream and the French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream.
Comparative Education Service (CES)
Applicants to the OINP must submit a copy of their CES ECA report and must authorize CES to share the results of their ECA with the OINP by filling out the following consent form: http://learn.utoronto.ca/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Release-Information-Designate-OR-Withdraw-Representation.pdf.
If you have not yet applied for an ECA you should include the consent form as part of your ECA application package. If you have already submitted an application package for an ECA, you should fill out the form and send it to the CES by email. Please include your CES file number in the email.
International Credential Assessment Service of Canada (ICAS)
Applicants to the OINP must submit a copy of their ICAS ECA report. The ECA report must be included as part of your OINP application package. If it is not included, your application will be considered incomplete and will be returned to you.
Medical Council of Canada (MCC)
Applicants to the OINP must submit a copy of their MCC ECA report and must grant the MCC authority to share their information with the OINP. To do this, you must go to your physiciansapply.ca account and send an email to the MCC service desk which gives consent for the MCC to share your ECA report with the OINP. Please be sure to enter “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program” in the subject line of the email.
Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC)
Applicants to the OINP must include the original ECA report issued by PEBC as part of the application package to the OINP. If it is not included, your application will be considered incomplete and will be returned to you.
World Education Services (WES)
All applications to the OINP must include a copy of the applicant’s WES ECA report.
You must also authorize WES to share the results of your ECA report with the OINP:
If you already have an ECA
If you have an existing WES ECA report, you must order a duplicate of the report at: https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/xcopycic.asp. The “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCI” must be indicated as the recipient of the report.
If you do not have an ECA
If you are applying for the first time for an ECA report, you must select the “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCI” as a recipient of the report.

Just a quick question about the mandatory requirements for work experience. For the work contract and pay stubs portion, do I have to furnish these documents for all my previous employers? I had a few odd jobs before I landed a career in my current occupation and it would be challenging, if not impossible, to obtain copies of work contract and pay stubs from my first three employers. The problem is I listed all my work history in my EE profile. I have reference letters from them though I am not sure if that will suffice.
I have over 10 years of work experience in the NOC i am claiming points for - 4.5 years from company A and 6 years with my present company. Would it be possible to only list these two companies in the OINP application?
Any advise would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I got NOI from Ontario, i have a few doubts regarding documentation, help please!
1) Is it ok to change NOC after receiving NOI? From what i have read in the forum, people have done it before without any issues. I have sent an email to Ontario PNP email but not sure if they will reply.
2) I was able to get my birth certificate in new format from NDMC website (Delhi, India) but it doesn't have my name. Most birth certificates don't have a name of the child but parent's name and birth date. Is that ok?
3) My employer reference letter doesn't mention salary or compensation, is that ok? I can furnish other required documentation, pay stubs that list out the salary.
4) What does "work contracts" mean? I am guessing that it's the appointment letter, is that correct?
5) Settlement funds: for showing spouse's funds, do i need authorization letter from spouse as well as Bank? Do banks give out these kinds of authorization?
6) Intention to reside in Ontario if applicable: is this 1 page letter still required?
