OINP Education History - Need ECA for everything?

Hi,

I'm filling out the Nominee Application for Ontario Express Entry Streams, and section D.6 says:

"6. Education History (Principal Applicant Only) *
List all post-secondary education and/or apprenticeships and attach supporting documentation (certified true copies of degrees and/or
diplomas, transcripts, letters of reference, etc.). Use a separate sheet if necessary. Start with the most recent information."

I recently graduated from a non-Canadian Master's degree, but I haven't had time to get an ECA for it yet. I do have an ECA for my Bachelor's degree, and that gives me enough points for the OINP cutoff. Getting an ECA for my Master's would mean a 2-3 month delay in applying.

Will my application be rejected if I mention my Master's but don't submit an ECA for it? Or will they simply not take into account my Master's?

They will ignore your Masters. You won't be penalized for not having done an ECA.

I am in the same situation, submitting my application without ECA for my masters that I completed a few months ago.

I would like to take this question a bit further:
I completed my studies in September 2015. I received my transcript including my final results in January 2016 with a letter, that says I will receive my final certificate within 6 months. The graduation ceremony is in April 2016. So I expect to receive my degree certificate between April and June, even though I finished in September and I have my final transcript with my final results.
To submit my papers for ECA, I need the certificate which I haven't received. I have 420 points and I am submitting OINP application. When I get my ECA for my Masters, I will have 453 points, which was the cut-off for the last EE draw. So right now, I don't have any other option, then to spend money on OINP and tie myself to Ontario. I do not want to wait 6 months, as I cannot be sure that cut-offs will be this low in 6-12 months time. I want to live in Ontario with or without nomination, so that is fine, but still, I might be cutting myself off from other opportunities.
So, I suppose my question is: is there any way to get ECA without certificate if I hold my final transcript?
If anyone else had similar case, I would be grateful for your advice.

I really doubt that you can get your ECA w/o you sending them the master's degree certificate. It's irrelevant to suggest you anything at this stage (that may be ultimately wrong) without anyone going through a similar experience themselves.

So my advice is, if possible ask them what should be your course of action and act accordingly.

Hi ,I want to know if we receive PNP from any province ,do we need to attach ECA copy of our highest qualification(masters) or we need to get ECA done for our bachelors also ?
