OINP E-filling portal down

The e filling portal is down since afternoon.
How long does the portal maintenance take usually?
Is there any way to know about these outages?

I am facing the same error. Searching through twitter couldn't find much noise about this.

Nobody makes noise about OINP portal maintainance, they rarely communicate about it, but it usually goes out Late friday, comes back Sunday or Monday
