OINP Duplicate ECA Copy Required from WES

OINP application with a print out of your WES ECA coft copy is indeed considered as INCOMPLETE. This is because on the official WES ECA, an official authentication stamp is placed and it is clearly mentioned on the ECA letter that without this official WES stamp, ECA copy is not considered as genuine/complete.

That's why OINP rejects the application.

If any one of you have submitted there application with ECA soft copy print out, then OINP will return your application and will again give you 30 days to submit your application back to them.

Depends on OINP processing officer. Candidates are getting request for duplicate ECA report directly from WES. So they do not need to reject application in each case.

Their verbiage is ambiguous. Damn, can they me more confusing? . I think it is best to wait for their mail - I not understand how ordering the report before getting an AOR would work! We might also need to confirm what this all means directly with Ontario instead of acting wrong based on our interpretation.

Okay so i am confused now. I sent in my documents on 23rd oct 2015. My file was returned yesterday due to missing job validation code. Unfortunately, you might have to ask WES to send your report directly but whether v you should do it right away or you should do after you get their email is unknown. Their language is confusing.

Now this is pathetic. Are then even using there brains.

How in the world will you match it with the application? As we all know you need to have the ECA number and IELTS before you can open your Express Entry profile.
