OINP Dec 2020 - still info sharing

Hello, my spouse and I applied for OINP international student stream on Dec 03 2020 and our application is still in the "info sharing" status. I am wondering if anyone has the same timeline as us.

2020/12/03 OINP submitted
2021/03/22 Certificate of Nomination received
2021/05/06 Paper-based application was received by IRCC
2022/03/07 FN and Biometrics letter received
2023/03/23 Additional documents required (submitted)
2023/03/24 Medical exam letter received (MP on 2023/04/09)

I received the IRCC ATIP file and noticed that my case has been in "info sharing" status since March 2022, which has been over 14 months now. I have contacted my local MP office and they said my application is currently eligibility, criminality, and medicals passed. The last verification security has not started.

I really don't know what I can do at this stage to expedite my application... Any advice or experience sharing is much appreciated!

By the way, have you checked out the OINP and Express Entry / PNP trackers here? I found this tracker here and it’s accessible to everyone. Thanks for sharing this link with me. I just got my portal 1 on 05/17/2023 and portal 2 on 05/18/2023. Now waiting for Ecopr.

I think it's my email to the Etobicoke office worked. I sent an email to the office on 05/12/2023 that mentioned my 14 months of waiting for info sharing completed. I called IRCC on 05/15/2023, the call center agent confirmed that my info-sharing, eligibility, and criminality check were all completed, only Security is "not start".

How did you specifically send email to Etobicoke office. Can you share email address
