OINP: changes in employment after receiving the nomination

I need guidance,

I have submitted my PR application through international student stream OINP,

I recently got promoted within same company and my job title, duties, wage got changed.
and I believe it comes under same NOC code.

My question is:
do i have to inform ontario program?
is it going to affect my nomination?

please help me it is very urgent.
