i cant post the link here in this comment but you will get point, check skill transferability factors link in cic.

1. If you have ongoing employment in Ontario and are invited under CEC, you don't need to show POF and won't be refused for that reason. You can show evidence of paid employment, pay stubs, T4s etc.

2. If you have a Canadian Masters, you'll get no bonus points by showing ECA for a foreign Bachelors/Masters degree.
