Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone have used the Canada Post service and faced a similar issue as I am currently facing:
OINP Package was 'signed and delivered' in Mississauga. This is very alarming for me as I am very well aware that the OINP office is located downtown Toronto.
The timeline of my package on the Canada Post online tracking system is:
February 16, 2016: Item scanned in PETERBOROUGH
February 16, 2016: Item 'arrived at sorting facility' in MISSISSAGUA
February 17, 2016: Item went 'out for delivery in TORONTO
February 18, 2016: Item 'signed and delivered' in MISSISSAUGA
I have called Canada Post multiple times but to no avail! There are super unhelpful. They kept saying it's a tracking system glitch sometimes in their system.
I am so worried that my package is sent to the wrong address! I know that an AOR will take weeks to receive thus there is no way of knowing for certain from OINP that my package has indeed been delivered to their office.
Has anyone else experienced this before? If so, please share your story/experience with this and what did you do to resolve this?
Thanks for any information shared.
