OINP asking for documents but no information

Hello,
OINP moved my application to the assessment stage. However, the dialog appears like this


It also displays an upload button but I don't see the name of the document requested. Triangle appears red which means that an action is required.

Is it normal?

i can't see the image, but if it's a red alert icon, and the dialog says that all your documents are complete, then it should be fine - mine was like that, and a few days later, it changed to a blue document icon, meaning all is good.

Thank you both, Indeed it is good and appears with a blue icon. which means documents are complete.
