Hi guys,

Need your help . The last draw cutoff score was 447 and mine is 450. So i would have recieved an ITA as there is an email stating you have new message in your account. However, im into new trouble. I forgot my password of my GC key , as well as the answers for security questions. Any advice on how to proceed further.

Thanks g126. Finally, i managed to unlock my account. Considering the situation i.e, PFL , procesaing times and possibility of getting of Oinp nomination i have decided to let go of it and proceed ahead wIth my ITA. I was also told tgat direct ITA processing times are faster than the PNP route. Can you please shed somelight on this? Also, should intimate Ontario that i wish to withdraw my application? If so, do i have a timeline for that?

Yes, that's correct... It appears that this time around their processing FSW an CEC faster then PNP on the EE.

The only advantage you'll have with the PNP is that if your application gets cancelled or rejected then you'll be able to reapply WITH the PNP and you never know how the CRS cutoff will be in 4-6 month's time... It may be lower or it may go back to 550. For this reason, if you've been given a NOM then I'd take it and go as PNP.

yeah G126 is right here... take the nomination... i'll tell you why - if OINP has raised a PFL, i'm sure even CIC will have the same concerns... whether CIC gives you a chance to reapply by cancelling your application or rejects it altogether, no one knows...

though i can understand that PFL itself will take 2 months atleast to resolve, so whole application will be delayed...

anyway good luck with whatever you choose to do - the fact that you have 2 choices itself is a good thing :)

No, its not the case. OINP cited that i did not have 1 continuous year (12 complete months) of work experience . I switched my job after 364 days and gap between two jobs is 25 days. By the time i have recieved EOI i have another 7 months of ezperience in new job. By the time i have ITA my experience was way above one continuous year. So i dont think it will turn out to be a problem.

well i could be wrong but i think there needs to be min 1 yr of continous employment to qualify for EE... if there is a gap between 2 jobs, and first job wasnt 1 year completed, i'm not 100% sure how they will look at it...

good luck :)

Congratulations! This is great news!

You mentioned in your response to my post earlier that you also recently received acknowledgement that they got the additional documents you had sent by email. May I ask when exactly you received this acknowledgement? I want to see how long it took them to process the application after that.
