hi all, i have been asked these docs.
- Most recent bank assessment showing all assets.
- 6 months of most recent bank statements. The bank statements should be stamped, show your name and account balance.
- Evidence to substantiate large bank deposits and the source of these funds.
My question is do i need to submit source of fund if i have suffiicient balance from more than 6 months? i have kept the fund untouched from the begining of oinp application. i.e.from feb 2016 and i had already submitted source of fund then.

If the funds are in your name since 6 months and there is no large deposits or withdrawal, you just need bank statement. Source of funds are only required when there is large deposit in last few months.

Finally got ADR. However, I am confused with one of the requirement. Req is as under
" Provide evidence to clarify description of job responsibilities for your employment with XXX as Technical Support Representative. In the letter from your employer the job description includes references to the role of the mechanical technician."

I worked as "Mechanical Technician" but Company has mentioned "Technical Support Representative". Now, How can I justify this ADR request? My case officer is RSB. Any one else dealing with RSB?

Please share your views on this. It's urgent.

People receiving ADRs; when did you guys send duplicate ECA report to OINP?

I did in March, one month after I have submitted my application.

I AM ALSO 2ND FEB... any ADR request? I have not heard from OINP yet....although now I have my new IELTS scores, and updated EE profile, and mailed OINP also....but no mail from them....no call, nothing!!! Am very worried...

Hey SanKanKun, congratulations for achieving needed IELTS score. I am 2nd Feb FSW Inland Expiring WP and no ADR so far. OINP is really trying my patience. Unfortunately there is nothing much we can do. I have already sent requests to expedite my nomination due to expiring WP, but looks like they are not even processing my file at normal pace. I am not much of the opinion that I will get direct nomination, as they are at least asking for updated bank statement and payslips to everyone.

PrettyCanada, your nomination must be close by. Some of the reported nominations have been without ADRs. Also you are an applicant with an expiring work permit. They are processing applications in batches/groups. It is no more first come first serve.

How in the first place did you not cross check your NOC? Now, get your company to give you another letter stating your duties that you have performed as "mechanical technician" and that the duties are performed by you in the capacity of "technical support representative ". Illustrate vividly, in a letter of explanation that the duties you have performed fulfills the criteria of the NOC that you have claimed.

There were some nominations yesterday and one reported today from Jan applicants. From the trend it has become clear now that they will try to finish January applicants in this month and occasional Feb/March CEC applicants.

We've just had 3 noms in Jan!!! COME ON FEB!!! Hope to see many noms here by end of week!

Someone reported in Jan thread that OINP informed him over the phone that they will come to decision by the end of this month for all applicants . I wish and hope that this is true . However there has not been much movement as far as nominations are concerned. Infact I also sent several eMails in the past about expediting my nomination/Decision as the work experience that I have claimed is from Jan 2014-March 2015. Now if I don't apply for my PR well before March 2017 my CEC work experience will not be valid and I will lose the only chance to apply for PR . However they seem to have been inconsiderate of the fact and have not shown much movement except for ADR on Nov 14.

That's painful girlgoneinternational. Send them email and fax both and mark subject as "URGENT - CEC EXPERIENCE EXPIRING". I am 2nd Feb and no ADR yet!!

I would LOVE to see that, but I doubt it very much. They've taken the last few months to process 40% of the applicants, how do they except to process the remaining 60% in just 4 weeks?

I really hope they get through most of us by the end of the year, but to get through all is quite unlikely :(

I'm sorry to hear about you expiring CEC exp.. But I think you'll be OK for MAR 2017... Finger's crossed!
