Today could be the day where we might see some Feb FSW outland nominations. Keep your hopes high g126.

Hopes are high! In fact with a recent March FSW nom it's as high as its ever been! But still... Prefer to lower expectations that way when it comes it comes!

If you guys want to update the list, I am FSW outland (Docs received on Feb 4th) and received ADR email last friday (Dec 2nd). I sent the requested documents the same day, but did not received any feed back from OINP (And based on what I see, should not expect to receive it anyway).

Lets wait and see what is to come.

Since I am writing here, let me put up a thought for us to discuss.

My EE profile will expire on Jan 17th. There is a chance that I (and many people on the same situation) do not receive my points from OINP before this data or if I did, there might not be any EE draw before the profile expires. It would be a better idea to jusr recreate the profile now, before it expires and before OINP nominate us and do not have to worry about deal with profile changes after OINP nomination and points transfers at that point? My concern is how smooth is this process now, I mean, if I recreate the profile now, would be a concern to have OINP update my files with the new EE number before issue nomination?

What do you guys think about this?

I think it's quite likely that you'll receive a Nom in the next 2 weeks. So at the very least I'd wait until beginning of Jan to recreate your profile, as you could get an ITA in the beginning of Jan and as soon as accept it your profile should no longer expire.

In my opinion you must wait until 10 days before expiration atleast. If you create a new EE profile now and notify, they might end up messing it up. This might delay the current process timeline they are considering for your profile. You are proactive in approach though, try writing to them if they respond at all. I have asked the same question to them in Nov'16 havent yet received any response. My profile expires on 23rd Jan'17. :-X :-X

What do you guys think about this?

g126: My EE profile is due to expire on 9th Jan.
There is no certainty of getting Nominated before 9th Jan. I will recreate the EE profile after expiry and inform OINP.

MZASAM :I guess its always better to recreate a profile prior to its expiry. In the AOR letter that they sent, it was mentioned that if our profile is about to expire then we need to notify them within one month from the date of the AOR. :( :( ???

Just spoke to OINP. They told that my file is in the decision phase. Fingers crossed. Will I get any ADR in decision stage? How long does it take to get nomination from here on? Any thoughts?

AGENTOO7, I am waiting for approx 2 weeks since my file moved to decision phase. It is again one of those labyrinths, from which you never know, when you are going to come out of.

I was so elated for a while as if I received a nomination and you just killed my mood. Anyways, hope we all secure the nomination before Christmas.
