Dear all,
I have received the email stated below just today...Will they send ADR request after they receive the Duplicate ECA as i did not receive an ADR request?Please advise.
Also , after Ordering the duplicate ECA on WES, Canada I got this on the receipt : (they have charged for mailing option standard delivery, then why do they call it e-delivery??

Applicants to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program’s (OINP) Human Capital Priorities Stream or French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream are required to submit a copy of their Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report. You provided a copy of an ECA report from the World Education Service (WES).

In order to verify the results of your ECA report, we require you to authorize WES to share your ECA results with OINP. OINP requires this authorization to complete the assessment of your application. Please note that your application has not been deemed incomplete but failure to comply with this request can result in the denial of your nominee application.

Finally received an ADR (FRIDAY 02 DEC. 2016)... Please advice on the below: -

· Updated bank account statements for the past 6 months showing all assets. These documents should be original, dated documents from the bank detailing your name, address and full transaction and balance history. The statements must indicate an account standing/ final balance that meets or exceeds the LICO. - OK - CAN PROVIDE

· Paystubs demonstrating employment at Poojan International in the period between December 2014 to December 2015. - OK - CAN PROVIDE

· Employment reference letter from Poojan International. The letter should be stamped, dated, signed and on company letterhead. - REFERENCE LETTER IS AVAILABLE AND ON LETTER HEAD WITH SIGNATURE... BUT NO STAMP... IS THAT OK????

· Documentation demonstrating job search efforts/ job search log indicating dates, employer names, positions and any employer responses, including potential job offers in Ontario. - WHAT DO I SHOW HERE????

Please help...

a. Employment reference letter - Since they have asked for a stamped letter; Your reference letter must be stamped.
b. Please save copies of emails / job inquires that you might have sent to prospective employers in Ontario in PDF format. This will serve the purpose of demonstrating job search efforts. Make a list date wise (chronologically) with employer name, positions for which you attempted to apply and response received from each employer. Attach the list composed with the documentation.

Did your employer provide you with salary slip/paystub even though you were paid salary in Cash?? Can you request them to provide it?
If possible, get them. If not, then after receiving salary in cash, you must have deposited some amount every month in your bank account, correct?
Then, you can show the bank statements Jan 2014 onwards.

I do have payslips for the time period. However I never deposit that money into my bank account since I used to keep this money for the personal expenses as I have other sources of income as well that I deposit in my bank as a savings. However, In my tax returns for the years 2015 and 2016 my salary income is mentioned along with my personal income from business that I earn as part of my family business and tutoring services.

Do a google search on this topic and see some websites or blogs providing info about Mech Engg. jobs, hiring companies, work environment in Toronto, etc. Gather all this information and write a short essay in your own words on it.

So after contemplating a lot I tried calling OINP yesterday . After trying for almost more than 10 times I finally got through a rep. He asked my file number , name and DOB. He said that my file is in the final phase ( decision phase) . While I was trying to ask if they have received my ECA the rep cut me off and said that everything is finalized and it would not take too long before you are notified . I got so nervous that I just said thank you take care bye .

No dont worry, you dont have to send original copy. A photocopy of the original signed, dated and stamped reference letter will suffice. I too have not got any ADR request. Have received a notification for Duplicate ECA.

I have been a silent follower on this group. I am a February applicant as well. FSW OUTLAND. Application submitted Feb 9, AOR received Aug 15. Just got ADR today. Please add my timeline to the group.

This is a copy of ADR received, please how do I go about the bank assessment letter
1. Copies of pay stubs, and bank statements from a financial institution for a consecutive 12 month period showing payroll deposits.
a. Income tax forms to support employment of 12 consecutive months (if applicable)

2. Most recent bank assessment showing all assets. 6 months of most recent bank statements. The bank statements should show your name and account balance. Program criteria require that you possess sufficient funds to cover settlement costs in Ontario. Funds must be unencumbered, readily transferable in a convertible currency, and supported by bank statements.


You will be allowed 15 calendar days from the date of this correspondence to provide the above documentation and/or information in support of your application.

Should the program not receive a response to this request within 15 calendar days, your application will be assessed against the information and documentation received to date.

You may mail the documents to the address listed below or scan the original documents in pdf format and attach them to this email thread and click reply without changing the subject line.

After the officer's call on Friday, I have not received the ADR. The officer told he will send the ADR soon.
May be I will get the ADR on Monday. :'( :'(
