Yes... I think the main problem is that it's not always a case officer that picks up, I think you're quite lucky. It's almost certainly not a case officer if you go in person, the attendant there is just a receptionist. And let's be honest, IF they have spared a case officer just to answer the phone, shame on them, I'd much rather see ALL case officers busy working on files and not answering phone calls ;-)

Exactly that was my feeling when he told me that he was a case officer. I thought that he should be working on our files rather than picking our phones.

Hi Guys

I received my ADR yesterday for:
Work Experience:
-ALL pay stubs issued to you from 07/01/2013 to 01/16/2015 from your employer.
-Tax Documents for 2013, 2014 and 2015

Settlement Funds:
-Most recent bank assessment showing all assets.
-6 months of most recent bank statements m(from the date of this email). The bank statements should show your name and account balance.

I emailed my old employer's HR department requesting the pay stubs information and tax documents. They said it may be difficult to pull all those stubs as they do not have an electronic system ;( and I do not have all.

I submitted my application on February 2nd 2016, AOR - August 11th, 2016, ADR - December 1st, 2016.
I originally applied as a FSW (Outland) but now I am here for school.

I will keep you guys posted on my progress.

Wish me luck guys, and all the best to everyone else.

Please provide 6 months of your most recent bank statements. The bank statements should show your name and account balance.

Note: You have provided your spouse’s bank statements in your application. If you submitted these statements in order to meet program criteria, please provide evidence that you have access to this account.

· Your spouse’s bank statements from 21/01/2016 (HDFC Bank Account # ending in 0752) show a balance of 681,615.53 INR. The statements also show a deposit of 414,150.00 INR on 21/01/2016. Please provide evidence to substantiate the source of these funds.

My question

1)The credit of 4LKHS is from a private chit fund investment liquidation. I want to be honest about it and pass on the same information to them. Will that be OK? Also i have a FD which expires end of Dec. Can i show it as there is not much time for maturity.. or do i need to break it right now? please advise.

2)How do i prove that i have access to my husband's funds? do i need to make his account joint or will a declaration from him will be enough?

If i have enough funds in my own account, do i still need to show evidence of funds for my spouse's account? Please advise??

My application received on 1st Feb. AOR on 12th Aug. ADR on 29th Nov.

No, just your account is fine! Don't send spouse account stuff...

Hi Guys,

I was asked to send a copy of my bank statement for the last 12 months. However, I had substantial deposits in the account prior to receiving the ADR. Should I just send only the bank statement as requested OR should I attach a letter to explain the huge deposits in the account. These funds were deposit a month before receiving the ADR.

Please i need some advice.

Thanks guys!!

Friends:

Every applicant has a different ADR and a different experience to share. Nothing is standard. We have no other option than to fulfill the request.
Today, I received the call; answered to the best of my abilities. (Shared details of call on Dec thread)

I was asked verbally to keep the Jan-Dec 2015 ready and 6 months bank statement. But was told to wait for the ADR..
In some cases the officer is calling; don't know whether they pick the file randomly, or they have specific queries....

May God give us patience and help us all to get the NoM or any decision. Difficult to stay in such a state of uncertainty.

they particulary ask for one year paystubs because that particular period they confirm your NOC. May be you have more than one jobs listed

Secondly there must be some mistake or descripency in birthdate in diff docs.

Providing all this your nomination is not far.

you can immediately explain your situation and ask them to give you some grace days. They have given grace days to applicants before.

Thank you Sir,

But what is Grace days? and How I can ask for them when OINP never respond to calls and emails !

Hello friends,

I received an additional document request on 29-Nov-2016. They asked for:

1. Detailed roles and responsibilities from my current employer
2. Bank statement for the last twelve months, asked to provide explanation for large deposits during that period
3. Letter of intent showing ties, job search activities and my understanding of working as a mechanical engineer in Ontario.

How can I address "understanding of working as a mechanical engineer in Ontario"?

Thanks :)

Last 6 years I am in one company. Same NoC

Secondly there must be some mistake or descripency in birthdate in diff docs.

It's same in all docs.

Providing all this your nomination is not far.

Do a google search on this topic and see some websites or blogs providing info about Mech Engg. jobs, hiring companies, work environment in Toronto, etc. Gather all this information and write a short essay in your own words on it.

hey,

Finally received an ADR (FRIDAY 02 DEC. 2016)... Please advice on the below: -

· Updated bank account statements for the past 6 months showing all assets. These documents should be original, dated documents from the bank detailing your name, address and full transaction and balance history. The statements must indicate an account standing/ final balance that meets or exceeds the LICO.
- OK - CAN PROVIDE

· Paystubs demonstrating employment at Poojan International in the period between December 2014 to December 2015.
- OK - CAN PROVIDE

· Employment reference letter from Poojan International. The letter should be stamped, dated, signed and on company letterhead. - REFERENCE LETTER IS AVAILABLE AND ON LETTER HEAD WITH SIGNATURE... BUT NO STAMP... IS THAT OK????

· Documentation demonstrating job search efforts/ job search log indicating dates, employer names, positions and any employer responses, including potential job offers in Ontario. - WHAT DO I SHOW HERE????

Please help...
